Làng tôi nằm nép mình bên dòng sông hiền hòa, nơi những cánh đồng lúa trải dài tít tắp đến chân trời. Mỗi buổi sáng, sương sớm còn vương trên lá, những tia nắng đầu tiên xuyên qua kẽ lá, đánh thức vạn vật. Tiếng gà gáy vang vọng khắp xóm, hòa cùng tiếng trẻ con í ới gọi nhau đi học. Con đường đất đỏ quanh co dẫn vào làng, hai bên là hàng tre xanh rì rào trong gió, tạo nên một khung cảnh yên bình đến lạ.

My village nestles by a peaceful river, where rice fields stretch endlessly to the horizon. Every morning, as the early mist still clings to the leaves, the first rays of sunlight pierce through the gaps, awakening all things. The rooster's crow echoes throughout the hamlet, blending with the children's excited calls as they head to school. The winding red dirt road leads into the village, flanked by rows of green bamboo rustling in the wind, creating a surprisingly tranquil scene.

Những người nông dân đã ra đồng từ rất sớm, lưng áo đẫm sương, đôi tay thoăn thoắt gieo hạt, cấy mạ. Họ làm việc chăm chỉ, cần mẫn như những con ong, vun đắp cho mùa màng bội thu. Trên sông, những chiếc thuyền nhỏ lướt nhẹ, mang theo tiếng rao hàng của các bà, các chị. Họ bán đủ thứ, từ mớ rau tươi non, con cá còn nhảy tanh tách, đến những món quà quê dân dã. Cuộc sống nơi đây cứ thế trôi đi chậm rãi, êm đềm, không hối hả, vội vã như chốn thị thành.

The farmers have been in the fields since very early morning, their shirts soaked with dew, their hands deftly sowing seeds and transplanting rice seedlings. They work diligently, assiduously like bees, cultivating a bountiful harvest. On the river, small boats glide lightly, carrying the hawking cries of the women vendors. They sell everything, from fresh young vegetables, fish still thrashing, to rustic homemade gifts. Life here thus flows slowly, peacefully, without the rush and haste of urban areas.

Buổi chiều về, mặt trời lặn dần sau rặng núi xa, nhuộm đỏ cả một khoảng trời. Khói bếp bay lên từ những mái nhà tranh, báo hiệu bữa cơm chiều đã sẵn sàng. Cả gia đình quây quần bên mâm cơm nóng hổi, chia sẻ những câu chuyện vui buồn sau một ngày lao động. Tối đến, ánh trăng vằng vặc chiếu sáng cả con đường, lũ trẻ rủ nhau ra sân chơi ô ăn quan, hát đồng dao. Tiếng cười nói giòn tan của chúng làm ấm áp cả không gian tĩnh mịch của làng quê.

In the afternoon, the sun gradually sets behind distant mountains, painting the entire sky red. Kitchen smoke rises from the thatched roofs, signaling that dinner is ready. The whole family gathers around a hot meal, sharing joyful and sad stories after a day of labor. In the evening, the bright moonlight illuminates the entire road, and children gather in the yard to play ô ăn quan and sing folk songs. Their ringing laughter warms the quiet space of the rural village.

Làng quê Việt Nam, dù giản dị mộc mạc, nhưng luôn chất chứa những vẻ đẹp tiềm ẩn, những giá trị văn hóa truyền thống sâu sắc. Đó là nơi con người tìm thấy sự bình yên, gắn kết với thiên nhiên và cộng đồng. Tình làng nghĩa xóm, sự hiếu khách, lòng nhân ái luôn là những điều làm nên nét đặc trưng của người dân nơi đây. Tôi yêu cái làng của tôi, yêu cái cuộc sống bình dị mà chan chứa tình người.

Vietnamese rural villages, though simple and rustic, always hold hidden beauties and profound traditional cultural values. It is a place where people find peace, connecting with nature and the community. Village solidarity, hospitality, and compassion are always what make up the distinctive character of the people here. I love my village, I love its simple life brimming with human kindness.
