Hôm nay là một ngày đẹp trời. Mai muốn học lái xe máy. Ở Việt Nam, xe máy rất phổ biến. Mọi người dùng xe máy để đi làm, đi học và đi chợ. Mai nghĩ: "Mình cần một chiếc xe máy để tự do đi lại và khám phá thành phố."
Today is a beautiful day. Mai wants to learn to ride a motorbike. In Vietnam, motorbikes are very popular. Everyone uses motorbikes to go to work, go to school, and go to the market. Mai thought: "I need a motorbike to travel freely and explore the city."
Anh trai của Mai, tên là Phong, sẽ dạy cô ấy lái xe. Phong nói: "Đầu tiên, em phải đội mũ bảo hiểm an toàn và bật chìa khóa." Mai đội mũ bảo hiểm màu xanh và ngồi lên xe. Phong chỉ Mai cách khởi động xe, giữ thăng bằng và phanh. Lúc đầu, Mai thấy hơi khó khăn. Tay cô ấy hơi run khi vặn ga.
Mai's older brother, named Phong, will teach her to ride. Phong said: "First, you must wear a safe helmet and turn the key." Mai put on the blue helmet and sat on the bike. Phong showed Mai how to start the bike, keep balance, and brake. At first, Mai found it a bit difficult. Her hands were a little shaky when twisting the throttle.
Phong kiên nhẫn hướng dẫn Mai từng bước. Họ tập lái ở một con đường vắng. Sau vài lần thử, Mai bắt đầu làm quen với cảm giác lái. Cô ấy từ từ vặn ga và lái xe đi thẳng một đoạn ngắn. Phong đi bộ bên cạnh và luôn động viên Mai. Mai cười rất tươi. Cô ấy rất vui vì đã lái được xe máy mà không bị ngã. Mai biết mình cần phải tập nhiều hơn, nhưng hôm nay là một khởi đầu tốt. Sắp tới, Mai sẽ tự tin đi xe máy khắp thành phố và không còn phải đi xe buýt nữa.
Phong patiently guided Mai step by step. They practiced riding on a quiet road. After a few attempts, Mai started to get used to the feeling of riding. She slowly twisted the throttle and rode the bike straight for a short distance. Phong walked beside her and always encouraged Mai. Mai smiled very brightly. She was very happy because she could ride the motorbike without falling. Mai knew she needed to practice more, but today was a good start. Soon, Mai will confidently ride her motorbike all over the city and no longer have to take the bus.
