Hôm nay là một ngày đẹp trời ở Hà Nội. Tôi quyết định đi dạo phố và khám phá ẩm thực đường phố. Tôi bắt đầu từ khu phố cổ, một nơi rất nổi tiếng với đồ ăn ngon.
Today is a beautiful day in Hanoi. I decided to walk around the streets and explore street food. I started from the Old Quarter, a very famous place for delicious food.
Đầu tiên, tôi thấy một quán phở nhỏ. Mùi thơm của nước dùng phở rất hấp dẫn. Tôi gọi một tô phở bò. Nước phở nóng hổi, thịt bò mềm và bánh phở dai ngon. Thật tuyệt vời!
First, I saw a small pho restaurant. The fragrant smell of pho broth was very appealing. I ordered a bowl of beef pho. The pho broth was hot, the beef was tender, and the pho noodles were chewy and delicious. It was amazing!
Sau đó, tôi đi bộ đến một con hẻm nhỏ và tìm thấy một quán bún chả. Đây là món ăn yêu thích của nhiều người Hà Nội. Bún chả có thịt nướng, chả giò và bún tươi ăn kèm với nước chấm chua ngọt. Tôi rất thích hương vị này.
After that, I walked to a small alley and found a bún chả restaurant. This is a favorite dish of many Hanoians. Bún chả has grilled pork, spring rolls, and fresh vermicelli served with sweet and sour dipping sauce. I really liked this flavor.
Buổi chiều, tôi muốn thử một món tráng miệng. Tôi đi đến Hồ Gươm và mua kem Tràng Tiền. Kem rất mát và ngon. Vừa ăn kem, vừa ngắm cảnh hồ, không khí rất dễ chịu.
In the afternoon, I wanted to try a dessert. I went to Hoan Kiem Lake and bought Trang Tien ice cream. The ice cream was very cool and delicious. Eating ice cream and enjoying the lake view, the atmosphere was very pleasant.
Cuối cùng, tôi quyết định uống một ly cà phê trứng ở một quán nhỏ gần nhà thờ Lớn. Cà phê trứng có vị béo ngậy và ngọt dịu, rất đặc trưng của Hà Nội. Một ngày khám phá ẩm thực thật là vui và ngon miệng!
Finally, I decided to drink a cup of egg coffee at a small shop near the Big Church (St. Joseph's Cathedral). Egg coffee has a rich and gently sweet taste, very characteristic of Hanoi. A day of food exploration was truly fun and delicious!
